General information about the webshop
Products in the webshop are sold by Grano Oy, Business ID 2197935-0. We sell products to private individuals over the age of 18 within Finland and the EU. The prices of the products all include value added tax. We reserve the right to change the prices and postal charges.
The products are mostly ordered online at suomi100.grano.fi, using the shopping cart function.
All orders are confirmed in an email message stating the price, postal charges, and the products ordered. In order to receive the order confirmation, you must state your email address in the order.
Customers commit to the terms of delivery valid for each order.
We will send you an order confirmation to your email address. The message includes the following information:
- reference number and
- total amount.
You can check the contents of your order through your user account on our website.
The products and their postal charges are paid for when placing the order. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, S-Pankki, Nordea, Ålandsbanken, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Danske Bank, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, and debit/credit cards. Companies can also choose to receive an invoice.
The forwarding service for the payments made via online bank services is carried out by Verifone, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service is no different from other forms of online payments.
We send out products on all working days. The products are shipped out from our warehouse within 1–3 working days of receipt of the order. Orders destined for outside Finland but within the EU are delivered as air cargo. The delivery time is dependent on the delivery method used. Delivery method and delivery charges
The delivery charges include the postal and packaging fees. You can see the delivery charges once you have selected the payment and delivery methods in your shopping cart. We deliver orders as packages or Maxi Letters. Only packages can be tracked using the tracking code.
Terms of change and return
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki, 38/1978), the customer has a 14 day right to return or change the product. The right to return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
Please include the following information in your return:
your customer number, name, address, and phone number
your bank account number
a copy of the order confirmation you received from Grano Oy.

We will not accept returns past 14 days after the delivery of the order. Once a return has been accepted, received, and processed, the price of the product, without delivery charges, will be returned to your account.
Problems with transportation and faulty products
If a product has been misplaced or damaged during transportation, or if an incorrect product has been delivered to a customer, the customer must immediately report the issue to email@example.com.
The report of an incorrect delivery or faulty product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package has been damaged during transportation, a complaint must be registered with Posti immediately.
Handling personal information
Grano Oy is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of visitors to the site, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (Henkilötietolaki, 523/1999). We do not collect any information that would allow an individual visitor to be identified.
General statistical data is collected on the use of the site and used for development of the service.
We only store contact information and other data separately provided by the user, so that we can reply to contact requests, questions, or other feedback.
We reserve the right to amend our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, customers must read the terms of delivery valid at each time.
Grano Oy will treat all customer information strictly confidentially.
